TypeScript
TypeScript carries the service and web side of games: backend APIs, live-ops tooling, internal dashboards and browser-based clients.
The backend variant is Node.js services behind a game, admin tools that live operations work in, and internal portals, with SQL, Docker and a cloud platform in the same requirement list. Types earn their keep here because these services outlive the people who wrote them.
The client variant is browser games and web front-ends, where a typed layer over JavaScript is what keeps a growing codebase changeable, and React or a comparable framework is named alongside.
A requirement listing PHP and TypeScript together describes a migration: an older monolith being pulled apart into services. Game clients written in C++ or C# stay where they are - what moves to TypeScript is the tooling and service layer around them, which is also why the skill shows up in backend, frontend and full-stack positions alike.
