Flutter
Flutter and Dart in game companies: companion apps, launchers, account and support flows, and internal tools on phone and desktop.
The game itself is rarely built in Flutter. What is built in it sits next to the game: a companion app with stats and inventories, a launcher or store front, account and login flows, player support and moderation tools, and internal dashboards that a team wants on a phone as well as a laptop. One codebase for iOS, Android, web and desktop is the reason the framework shows up in these postings.
Requirements name Dart, state management, platform channels for the native side, and the work of talking to a game backend - REST or gRPC, authentication against an existing account system, push notifications, offline state and release management in both app stores.
Unity and Unreal Engine belong to the game client, Mobile Developer covers native Android and iOS work. This skill marks the applications that surround a title and have to ship on every platform its players use.
