User Acquisition Manager

Paid player acquisition: planning advertising campaigns, testing creatives and buying installs at a cost the game earns back.

The work is a loop. A hypothesis about an audience or a creative idea turns into a test campaign, the numbers come back as CPI, ROAS, CTR and retention, and the result decides what gets more budget. Postings name the large ad networks and the attribution side - a measurement partner, cohort reporting, and the privacy rules that changed how installs are counted on mobile.

The craft that separates candidates is creative production: briefing video artists and playable developers, iterating on hooks and first seconds, and knowing which variant to kill. Spreadsheet fluency is assumed, SQL and a BI tool show up often, and so does the ability to explain a spending decision to people who do not read dashboards.

Marketing Manager owns positioning and the brand around a title; Monetization Designer works on what players spend inside it. This role buys the traffic and answers for its price.
