Community Support Agent

Community support agents answer players directly: tickets, accounts, bug reports and the knowledge base.

A support agent handles player contacts across ticket systems, in-game channels and community platforms: investigating account and purchase issues, applying sanctions where the rules require it, reproducing and forwarding bugs, and writing the FAQ and help articles that stop the same question from coming back.

The job needs plain writing, patience and judgement about when to escalate, plus the discipline to log cases so that patterns become visible. Postings often ask for a second language, because support follows the markets a game is live in.

A community manager speaks publicly on behalf of a game and builds its community; support answers the individual player and sits closer to QA than to marketing. Structured bug reports from support are frequently the first signal a development team gets that a release went wrong.
